Reflection: Write a reflection about your Sleep & Learning PSA on your blog

1. How does sleep effect your learning?

when we have a lot sleep your learn more and when you sleep your brain is learnd all the you do in the day.
 
2. How much sleep do you get each night? Do you think this is enough? Do you feel tired in the morning?

we have to sleep like 9 hour and this help your body so the next day you have more energy.

3. Will you change what you do after reading about sleep and learning? Why or why not?

 yea because your body learned more when you sleep good so the next day you have energy and everything for continued all day.
